Is the Court’s Order regarding child custody permanent?

No. In Virginia, the Courts may modify child custody as the circumstances of the parents and the needs of the children may require upon petition of either of the parents, upon its own motion, or upon petition of any probation officer or the Department of Social Services.

An outstanding job on my case to have custody, visitation and support decided in my home state instead of Virginia after I separated from military service.- A.E.
